"Site Management" / <Vsite> / "Services" & "Web Applications" / "System 
Defaults" is *just* for configuring the general settings of the WebApp 
installer. That it shows the two crossed out disks next to WordPress is 
normal, because it will never be auto-installed, nor auto-updated via 
this interface. Only RoundCube (so far) gets this special treatment.

Deployments of WebApps to Vsites are done here:

"Site Management" / <Vsite> / "Services" & "Web Applications"

... or ...

Server Management" / "Web Applications" / "WebApp Installer" and click 
on the Vsite you want to deploy to, then select the WebApp to deploy.
