I think we've all been there. Just happened to me recently, too. Vsite 
wouldn't take changes - no matter what. GUI said it went through, logs 
showed no errors, actual website was still showing no friggin' change.

Took me a bit until I realized: Wrong server! A while ago that Vsite had 
been moved to another box and the old instance hadn't been deleted yet. :p
