I just checked and I indeed had made a mistake. The 5210R SVN tree for 
base-sitestats had the Systemd Unit file for goaccess, but it wasn't 
being packaged into the RPM.

I just published YUM updates for 5210R that should fix this. So please 
try the usual procedure and it should fix it:

yum clean all
yum update
