Very well. The issue has been fixed.

For the benefit of the list (in case someone finds this topic in the 
future via a search engine): It was indeed a small consistency glitch in 
CODB that had left a Vsite w/o matching "UserServices" CODB object. The 
issue was resolved by using "cceclient" to create a matching 
"UserServices" Object.
