That's strange indeed. Please check under "Software Updates" / 
"Installed Software" if the version that is installed is indeed v7.2.1-1 
and see if it still shows as available for install under "Third Party 
Software".

I suspect that the install might not have finished without error and 
therefore NewLinQ now tries to install it again - running in the same error.

In the meantime make sure that under "Software Updates" / "Settings" the 
AV-SPAM is not in the "Auto Update Packages" list, so that these 
messages and reinstall attempts stop for now.

Also, the logfile /home/.pkg_install_tmp/.swupdate/package.log might 
have some more information.

Here is an example from the install of the AV-SPAM v7.2.3-1 on 5211R:

At the end it says "Installation successful.", so we know that finished 
well. Yours might perhaps show an error?
