Easy-Migrate logs everything relevant to /var/log/messages on the box 
where it is run from.

You should check the logfile for events below the "CREATE VSITE ..." 
entry to see what went wrong.

Typical causes? Disk quota issues, using an IP that's not allowed 
according to the "IP Address Allocation" or name/alias conflicts.
