Edit this line:

     BanOnEvent MaxLoginAttempts 2/00:10:00 01:00:00

Change it to this:

     BanOnEvent MaxLoginAttempts 2/00:10:00 00:30:00

After two failed logins in 10 Minutes it'll block the offending IP for 
30 minutes instead of one hour. The last group in that line defines the 
ban-time.
