Many thanks! There was indeed an issue with how BlueOnyx 5210R handled 
the intermediates for the "default" Vsite on Apache. This has now been 
fixed via a YUM update of base-apache-* for BlueOnyx 5210R. The YUM 
update will fix the issue automatically.
