[BlueOnyx:26945] Vsite Suspend problem

I had a problem today where a vsite that had been suspended would not 
unsuspend.

I ticked the box but the site still gave a forbidden message. I tried 
many times but nothing.

Then I thought to manually do a systemctl restart php-fpm-7.4 httpd and 
it worked. So it seems like the GUI is not restarting things properly 
after the setting is changed off.
