Bit of an odd one. When I try and create a vsite i get:

The site could not be created, because the system was unable to create the site system group.

[root at emhpop-bx2 sites]# groupadd testgroup
groupadd: existing lock file /etc/group.lock without a PID

[root at emhpop-bx2 sites]# ls -l /etc/group*
-rw-r--r--  1 root root 1575 Jul 30 10:54 /etc/group
-rw-r--r--. 1 root root 1564 Jul 30 10:54 /etc/group-
-rw-r--r--  1 root root    0 Aug  4 04:00 /etc/group.lock

Ah... That'd do it...
