In the latest ISO image of 5211R I already have some fixes for this 
present, but they may need some further refinement.

The problem seems to happen when Crond runs "swatch" during the initial 
constructor run. Then CCEd seems to get stuck.

To get around this: Press CTRL+C to get a shell and then restart CCEd:

/usr/sausalito/sbin/cced.init stop
/usr/sausalito/sbin/cced.init start

Then watch the process list ("ps axf") and see if it stabilizes and the 
constructor finish running. That should take 2-3 minutes.

Afterwards you can configure the network with /root/network_settings.sh

I'll try to roll up another ISO which handles this more gracefully in 
the following days.
