Not really, sorry. The auto-sizing of the iframe element has its limits 
and it doesn't scale that well past the initial loading of the element.

But see the attached screenshot for a proper solution.

Click on that icon in the upper right corner and it will open phpMyAdmin 
in a new browser window. That solves the issue nicely.
