Arie,

  According to their online docs, Incredible PBX, Asterisk both
support Alma Linux - but see that Incredible PBX is having issues.
FreePBX is supposed to be moving to Rocky Linux as their base but
are having loads of issues also.
 
  Do not believe any of them will co-exist with BlueOnyx nicely.
Pretty much all PBX systems require some pretty deep access
into the system that are probably not possible to do securely on
a system (BQ) made for hosting.
