I think it's best to open a "Support Request" via the GUI and let me 
take a look.

These Duplicity exit codes don't tell me much. Exit code 50 often 
indicates an error related to the backend storage. For example, if using 
an SCP or SFTP backend, Duplicity might fail if it cannot authenticate 
properly or if the destination directory does not exist or doesn't have 
proper permissions and ownerships.
