If you're not hosting DNS on that BlueOnyx, then you might not need to 
run "named-chroot".

Under "Server Management" / "System Settings" / "TCP/IP" in the field 
"DNS Servers (optional)" you can specify which external DNS servers 
BlueOnyx should use to resolve DNS.

The DNS servers configured there are stored in /etc/resolv.conf and all 
programs that need to resolve DNS then use those DNS servers.

Most likely the DNS server(s) you have configured there right now aren't 
working correctly and that's causing the issues.
