Indeed. And: Already done.

Sometime earlier this year I realized this as well. On EL9 the Kernels 
are really "fat" and what we had for /boot wasn't enough. So I bumped 
/boot in newer ISO's first to 1.0GB. When I then experimented with the 
ELRepo kernels even *that* wasn't enough and since about August this 
year 5211R ISOs ship with a /boot that has 1.5GB.
