For a more detailed error message you can do this:

Edit /usr/sausalito/ui/chorizo/ci4/.env and change ...

#CI_ENVIRONMENT = development
CI_ENVIRONMENT = production

... to this:

CI_ENVIRONMENT = development
#CI_ENVIRONMENT = production

When you then access the page again that causes the error, you will see 
a fully detailed error message that exactly spill the beans where and 
why the error was caused. With that info I could tell you what's wrong 
and possibly how to fix it.
