[BlueOnyx:27272] Sendmail issue

Added a new user today to a vsite (5211R) and afterwards could not 
restart sendmail.  Got this error.

Anyone seen this before?  Copied the sendmail.cf.bak file to sendmail.cf 
and restarted fine so seems to be a makefile problem.
