[BlueOnyx:27266] empty /var/log/maillog files

Since a while, the /var/log/maillog files are empty. And all the 
maillog-202409*.gz are 20bytes, today's maillog-20240928.gz is 117bytes 
and reads:

# less /var/log/maillog-20240928.gz
chown: cannot access '/var/run/milter-geoip.sock': No such file or directory
chown: cannot access '/var/run/milter-geoip.sock': No such file or directory
group option, chown: No such file or directory
group option, chown: No such file or directory
group option, chown: No such file or directory
group option, chown: No such file or directory

I turned off the the AV-Spam's Milter-GeoIP, without change. A reboot 
didn't help either. I'm running BlueOnyx 5210R boxes.
