[BlueOnyx:27271] SSL renewal, httpd and php restarts

Does the automated Let's encrypt SSL renewal also force a restart of all
PHP fpm services?
I notice that when I renew manually it restarts
httpd
php fpm
php fpm 8.3
php fpm 7.4
php fpm 8.2
nginx
+

I have a customer where work shifts fill in forms on the site;  when they
see a "Service Unavailable" message, they complain to him, then  he
complains to me (more than all my other customers combined).

So, do all these services need to be restarted, or would a simple reload of
httpd be sufficient?
Or is there a way to set the SSL renewals to a specific time /day?
