Yes, of course. You just need to be sure that the correct hostname is
configured on the VSITE. For example, if the www is hosted someplace
else, then that should not be the hostname configured on your VSITE.
Just name the VSITE as the "mail." or what have you.
Then ensure that the appropriate hostnames are contained in the
LetsEncrypt configuration so that it can request and retrieve the
correct certificates as needed.
