Yeah, I'm pretty sure something in a recent Yum update has made it hiccup...the restart seems to correct it though, hasn't happened to my box again, since.

On Fri, Dec 16, 2011 at 1:12 AM, webmaster <webmaster@oldcabin.net> wrote:
Restarting CCEd and AdmServ and logging out and back in

this problem in the rare cases where it might happen. When
I'm back from
my holiday I will look into the "fallback" mechanism that
defaults the

The restart was what fixed it in my case - I've always
use the same browser - Chrome - to access the box, and in
fact, I was seeing the shorthand on the login page as well
as after I logged in - so I don't think it had anything to
do with personal settings. After I restarted the server,
all I did was refresh the browser page and the problem was
corrected - so I don't think it was the browser doing
something screwy (I'd tried refreshing before the restart
and it didn't change things.)

What I find puzzling is that I've used the GUI in some
form or another through an original Cobalt Qube, BlueQuartz,
BO 5106R (for at least 5 years) and now 5107R... and this is
the first time I've ever seen this - at the same time as
several other people. Makes me think something spooky
happened. :-)
