Ah, there we go. The file php_vsite.schema has been modified. Apparently that
modification caused your problems.
To fix that, reinstall the RPM:
yum reinstall base-vsite-glue
Afterwards restart CCEd and you should be good again:
/etc/init.d/cced.init restart
