Check in your logs to see if you actually re-received 3000. If not,
then you are just re-downloading the ones you have already received.
Then it's a problem with your mail server or your internet
connection.<br>
<br>
The solution is most likely just to set your email account to pop
and don't leave a copy of the messages on the server. <br>
