<div dir="ltr">I got to the bottom of this. My install had a corrupt file which was preventing vhosts from being added correctly. A newly burned CD and fresh install to different hardware resolved the issue. Obscure much? :)<div>

</div>I just had a similar problem, although mine was an IP issue and turned out to be local dns cache. I'd say, empty any local caches and bypass any local proxies in the web browser and give that a try.<br>
