<br />Lets give this a shot, so you can do it yourself.
<br />
<br />First of all you need a SSH connection program, to sercure connect to the server.
<br />(I use Putty, but there are many other programs). You could use the link below to download the version you need.
<br />http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/download.html (at own risk ofcourse, but you should be fine).
<br />I use the first one (putty.exe) on my Windows machine.
<br />
<br />After downloading and opening putty, you should type in the IP (or hostname) of the server you want to connect with.
<br />Make sure the connection type is set to 'SSH' (default). Next you can press 'OPEN'.
<br />This will open a secure Telnet connection using SSH to your server. First you will get al message that will ask you if the fingerprint is correct for the server.
<br />If you typed the right IP, then that should be the case and you can say 'YES'.
<br />The next screen will ask you for a username, type the username (admin by default) and press enter. Then it will ask for the admins password. Type the password and press enter again. You will then be logged in on the admin account on the server. Type 'su -' to go to the superuser (root). It will ask for the root password, so type the password, wich is probably the same as the admin password. Now you have (all) priviledges to administer the server.
<br />Type: <font face="Arial, Helvetica">'service admserv restart' and press enter (you will see a message saying it is restarting, followd by either OK or FAILED). When is says OK you should also type in '</font><font face="Arial, Helvetica"><font face="Arial, Helvetica">service cced.init restart'. This also must come back with OK. If it says failed, then there is more troubleshooting to be done, and that won't be easy when you have no further experiance on administrating servers. </font> </font>
