Curious. Normally, you don't get a "No space left on device" error unless your partition is full.
<br />
<br />You might try going into /var/lock/subsystem. Delete the httpd and httpd.admsrv files. Those are the lock files created when those services start. But sometimes, those servers crash and don't clean up those files correctly. The next time you try to start it, it finds the lock file and complains about already running (or that error you saw with Yum). Oh yea - delete "yum" if you find its lockfile there too.

delete some old logs to make space.
You've probably been attacked, and the logs have filled the
partition.
