Don't forget the setting "Enable user owned webs" in the SERVICES and WEB settings for the site.

<br />I believe that in the newest versions of BlueOnyx - that's DISABLED by default. If that setting is disabled - user websites like /~ftpuser345/ won't work.
<br />
<br />Check that setting - it might be something simple like that.
<br />
<br />But if that's not it - the /var/log/httpd/error_log is the first place to start troubleshooting. Monitor that log file while trying to hit that user webpage. You should get some error in that log that can lead you to the problem.
