That is indeed a problem. I suspect your BlueOnyx is a 5209R and you're<br class="gmail_msg">
using the incorrect WHMCS module for it. In the WHMCS GUI under<br class="gmail_msg">
"Product/Services" you should see two entries related to BlueOnyx:<br class="gmail_msg">
<br class="gmail_msg">
- BlueOnyx5200R   (for 5207R and 5208R only!)<br class="gmail_msg">
- BlueOnyx5209R   (for 5209R only)<br class="gmail_msg">
<br class="gmail_msg">
For a BlueOnyx 5209R you need to pick the "BlueOnyx5209R" entry.<br class="gmail_msg">
