Hi BX experts,

This is the first I've heard of this problem, since I'm usually asked to create databases and passwords for customer sites. But wouldn't you know - a new customer has hired a development company to develop their website. So the first I learn of this problem is when the Dev company complains they can't create a database for their customer's site.

And I've confirmed it. When I created a new company, created a admin user for that site, and logged in as that user - I can bring up the SERVICES and WEB page. I can click the ENABLE checkmark for "MariaDB user and database". And I can put in database/user names. BUT! There is no SAVE button on the page - so I can't create a database for that site.

Even after clicking that same block logged in as "admin" - I go back as the site admin, and there is no SAVE button on that page. So the site admin can't modify the database, or create a different one - even after enabled by the server admin.

Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Is there something at the server level I have to enable to allow the site admins the ability to create/modify databases??

Thanks.

Chuck
