<p>that worked, from version 1.2.4 to 1.3.7.<br>

<p>But now, nobody can log in anymore... it says <nobr>« <u>/<b>!</b>\</u>
Login failed »</nobr> although the credentials are correct.
Users from sites that weren't upgraded still can login into
version 1.2.4. Also: one can notice that the login page's
background image disappeared, as if it isn't linked anymore. And
one site displays the error «DATABASE ERROR: CONNECTION FAILED!
Unable to connect to the database! Please contact your
server-administrator.»</p>
<p>Any idea? How can I fix the database? I'll write to the RoundCube
maillist, too...</p>

1.) "Server Management" / "Web Applications" / "WebApp Installer".
It shows a list of all Vsites. Click on the pen icon next to one of the
Vsites. That shows you a list of all available WebApps and which ones
are installed on that Vsite.
Click on the pen icon next to "roundcubemail". That will show you
buttons for "Upgrade", "Backup" and "Uninstall" for the install within
that Vsite.
The other method:
2.) "Site Management" / <Vsite> / "Services" / "Web Applications".
That will show the same list of available and installed Webapps for that
Vsite. Here you can as well click on "roundcubemail" and should have the
same buttons for "Upgrade", "Backup" or "Uninstall".
