<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">I remember this happening once before, a few years ago, and Michael cleared it out for me, but some pointers on where to look would be helpful.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">I will also check very old emails and see if I can find anything, because Michael always gives details of what he did to fix things!
