<p style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 11pt; padding: 0; margin: 0;"><span style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">is it possible that a change of the value of the apache configuration option "</span>Maximum Simultaneous Connections" (Server Management->Network Services->Web->Apache: Maximum Simultaneous Connections) is of no effect? At least I was not able to find any change in apache's configuration files.</p>
