I don't know if BO is the same as BQ, but on my BQ test box it seemed 
necessary to edit the file

/etc/httpd/conf.d/blueonxy.conf

Change the settings in AllowOverride to All

Of course, testing is required and I've no idea what disasters this can lead 
to.  Does anyone know if it's safe?
