Seems like the file you are redirecting from or to does not exists?
Or the site is missing an indexfile due to the fact that you redirect
traffic?
That's as far as I can help you with this I guess..

Still the same :-(

I amended the /etc/httpd/conf/vhosts/site1.include file but still getting 
the same error as below in the error log.
