Hmm - could you tell me exactly what URL you are referring to?

For me - there is no URL.

I log in, I go to 'Personal Profile' on the top tab (4th from the left)
 From the left hand menu I then see 'phpmyadmin'

Are you saying you get the error when you click on that? If so - do  
the other links work (Webmail / Disk Usage etc)?

If any of these links don't work - there must be something wrong with  
your installation I guess? So you would need to talk about what type  
of installation it is etc..
