Hi Michael,

A fix would be great!
I myself did not encounter this problem on BlueOnyx yet but it's by far the
most annoying thing on our BlueQuartz boxes.
It's occurrence is totally random and I always restarted sendmail just in
case after creating a new vhost.

No idea, but I heard a couple of complains in that regards already, so this 
probably is something more than just an odd occurence. I'll look into the
code 
that deals with Sendmail restarts after site and user creations and will see

what I can do to improve it.
