I have done some investigation and found that the following parameters
were missing from the PHP.INI file:

Upload max filesize:
Post max size:
Max execution time:
Max input time:
Memory limit:

following a reboot (was not sure of how else to get the config file
re-read, tried to restart httpd but that had no effect) the page is now
OK. I now have to make corrections elsewhere as one of my virtual sites
PHP services screens went the same way during my investigations.

Is anyone else having a similar issue? For reference my instance is
running as a virtual server and I patched it to the latest updates
yesterday morning.
