[BlueOnyx:00448] Squirrelmail and Impending Cranial Hemmoraging

Just transitioned about 70 sites and 400 users to a BX box at Chris 
Gebhardt's place. The only issue is I'm able send email out through 
squirrelmail as an admin, but none of the users or sites can. Any ideas? 
Makes zero sense. I can't make my office any messier with blood 
squirting out my ears, please help before I paint the place... :)
