This seems to be the problem:

I obviously haven't got it installed correctly.

Wiser heads are needed!

I am struggling!

I followed the Quickstart instructions:

http://framework.zend.com/docs/quickstart

but can't I get it to work.

I am not a Linux expert so would appreciate some help from someone more knowledgeable.
