What if you rename a site? You can't have it rename the database, that  
would break all sorts of things...

Say i had test.mysite.com, then renamed it to www.mysite.com, the  
database would have to stay test.mysite.com.. then i want a new  
site... test.mysite.com.... it all goes to hell :P
