It is the SMP Kernel

Uname -a
Linux maria.xnet.com.mx 2.6.18-92.1.22.el5 #1 SMP Tue Dec 16 12:03:43 EST
2008 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

Bios Reports 4096 MB of ram correctly
And top command shows 2 CPUs

Anybody running a similar chipset?

Rodrigo

Check using
uname -a
and see if you are running an smp kernel. If you are not, then it will only
show 3 gigs.

E.g.
Linux server 2.6.9-67.0.22.ELsmp #1 SMP Wed Jul 23 17:30:51 EDT 2008 i686
i686 i386 GNU/Linux
