Sorry again !!   The "siteaddtion.xml"  file has still  Japanase values.

I  re-create  pswdir_onyx_en  gz  file as "pswdir_onyx_en_20091103.gz".
Would you please re-execute followings ?

   cd     /tmp ;
   wget   http://www.384141.jp/others-pswdir/pswdir_onyx_en_20091103.gz
   cd     / ;
   tar -xzf   /tmp/pswdir_onyx_en_20091030.gz ;
   /etc/init.d/cced.init reload ;
