It's fairly straight forward.

Edit the /etc/httpd/conf/vhosts/siteX.include file to include:

<Directory "/home/.sites/XX/siteX/web">
   AllowOverride All
   Options All
</Directory>

This will allow you to use the .htaccess file in the Joomla install.
Everything else is straight forward.  

One thing: Joomla's automatic path detector doesn't like BQ/BX, but as long
as you put the correct path in, it will work.
