Just fetch it through YUM:

php-pgsql.i386 : A PostgreSQL database module for PHP.

	yum install php-pgsql.i386 

That's install the Postgres connector that allows PHP to connect to Postgres. 
Provided you're using the Postgres off the CentOS YUM repository.
