Mark,

 

If your on BX you should be able to get to PhpMyAdmin when logged in as a
user. Log in as a user, then go to Personal Profile along the top and then
PhpMyadmin will be listed on the left. You will get another username and
password prompt there, and it should let them right into whatever database
they have access to.
