[BlueOnyx:02858] Long mail list rejected

Hi,

One of my customers send a weekly news report to several recipients close to
400, since we install spamm assassin this couldn't be done. doing some
research I found this restriction is placed in the sendmail.cf file.

But it return to its original value.

any idea why is this happening
