Dear  Jeff  and  evrybody !

I apologize.  Jeff  is right.
The sales,  support,  and qa  were  "mail list names",  not  "alias names".

I changed  them to alias names,
then I was able to receive the error msg  "No such user here".

So, I will change the "mail list structure"  to a simple  "alias and 
forwarding structure"
for several mail boxes.
