1. Create a majordomo mailing list called "allusers" where only you have
permission to send email, all other submissions bounce.

2. Have your script set up as a cron job where it creates the majordomo
subscriber list "allusers", overwriting the existing mailing list file with
the latest output of the script.

3. Send email to the majordomo list and let majordomo route the mail for
you.

4. You can leave the cron job and script in place and know that whenever you
send mail to it, it will only go to the current users.
