The config file /etc/admserv/conf.d/squirrelmail.conf for AdmServ has the
following alias:

Alias /webmail /usr/share/squirrelmail

So http://<ip-address>:444/webmail or https://<ip-address>:81/webmail will
call up Squirrelmail through AdmServ.

But apparently you have another webmail package installed, which also uses
/webmail for the same purpose.

Hence the "other" webmail package now takes precendence and the alias for
Squirrelmail will get ignored.

This error message is a non-critical warning and it doesn't prevent AdmServ
from running.

But to resolve it you should either change the alias of the "other webmail"
package, or you should change the alias of Squirrelmail to something other
than "webmail".
